The Roagna Barbaresco Pajè 2017 is sourced from the estate’s largest single parcel – a small yet significant 1.83-hectare cru located in the heart of Barbaresco. The 40-year-old vines are rooted in calcareous marl soils rich in active limestone, lending the wine precision, tension, and elegance. Farming is organic with biodynamic practices, and harvesting is done by hand at peak ripeness. The result is a deeply expressive Barbaresco with bright acidity, refined tannins, and a compelling mix of red fruit, floral tones, and mineral complexity.
