The Spiritory Shop Is a Specialist Shop for Premium Spirits and Whisky
The Spiritory Shop is a specialist shop for premium spirits and whisky. It carries over 170 bottles, from current releases to limited editions.
Spiritory itself is a marketplace for whisky and spirits based in Munich, where buyers and sellers trade through bids and asks. The shop is the place where you can also hold the bottles in your hand without ordering anything first.

The address is Spiritory Shop, Stemmerhof, Plinganserstraße 6, 81369 Munich. The shop is in the Sendling district. The easiest way is to enter the address or “Spiritory Shop Stemmerhof” in your navigation app.
For directions by public transport or by car, see our guide to finding the Spiritory Shop in Munich.
The Shelves Hold Whisky, Rum, Cognac, Tequila, Gin and Vodka
The range covers six categories: whisky, rum, cognac, tequila, gin and vodka. Spiritory does not sell Champagne. Most bottles are whisky, and the selection comes from well known brands such as these:
Scotland: Macallan, Ardbeg, Laphroaig, Springbank, GlenDronach, Balvenie, Dalmore, Bowmore, Glenmorangie, Glenfarclas and Kilkerran.
Japan: Yamazaki, Hakushu and Hibiki.
Ireland and the USA: Redbreast, Midleton Very Rare, Blanton's and Woodford Reserve.
Germany and more: Slyrs, St. Kilian and Stauning.
Tequila, rum, cognac, gin and vodka: Clase Azul, Don Julio, Ron Zacapa, Hennessy, Monkey 47 and Roku.
These are brands that belong to the range, not a current stock list. Which bottles are on the shelf at any moment changes.
It Is Open Tuesday to Saturday, and You Pay by Card Only
The shop is open Tuesday to Saturday from 11:00 to 19:00. It is closed on Sunday and Monday. You can pay by card only.
This is the most important practical rule for your visit. If you want to buy a bottle, bring a debit or credit card, because the shop does not accept cash.
In Person You See the Bottle and Get Advice
In the shop you can browse at your own pace before you choose a bottle. You see the size, the label and the packaging with your own eyes and hold the bottle in your hand instead of judging it from a photo.
The team advises you in person. That helps when you are looking for a gift, a bottle for yourself or an addition to your collection. You ask your question directly and do not have to wait for a reply.
Stemmerhof Is a Gallery Inside a Listed Barn
The shop is not in an ordinary retail unit. It is set up as a gallery inside a listed barn at Stemmerhof and has been open since July 2026.
If it is your first visit, bring some time, because the rooms invite you to browse.

On Friday, 23 October 2026, from 5:00 pm, the Spiritory Shop at Stemmerhof hosts the whisky unveiling of Lucky & Punch. It is Michael Mittermeier's first whisky, two single casks from St. Kilian with 500 bottles of each, sold only on Spiritory. Mittermeier chose both casks himself and will be there in person.
St. Kilian Lucky by Michael Mittermeier 50cl: Cask Nr.9394, ex Moscatel de Setúbal, 46.7% ABV, €59 plus shipping.
