Following the 17-year-old Mizunara & Oloroso Sherry Cask Finish, this 19-year-old expression showcases the distillery’s skill in marrying rich sherry influence with age and character, bottled at a robust 50% ABV.

Maturation & Flavor Profile

This single malt enjoys maturation in ex-solera sherry casks, a traditional method known for creating intricate layers of flavor by marrying younger and older vintages. The front label teases "velvet layers of rich dried fruit and warm spice," hinting at a whisky built on complexity and depth.

• Nose: Brandied plum, intense mocha, honeycomb, caramel snaps, molasses tart, and rich cocoa
