Whyte & Mackay has introduced the second edition of The Dalmore Portfolio Series 2025, a limited collection of three exclusive single malts available only through global travel retail. Continuing the creative partnership with V&A Dundee and graphic designer Gabriella Marcella of Risotto Studio, this year’s release follows the highly praised inaugural edition and brings together art, design, and whisky mastery. The series will debut at Singapore Changi Airport on September 1, with a one-month exclusivity at The Dalmore’s first pop-up store in partnership with Lotte Duty Free, before expanding to other airports worldwide in October.

Design and Presentation – Where whisky meets modern art

The Dalmore’s Portfolio Series 2025 once again reflects a seamless fusion of contemporary design and traditional craftsmanship. Gabriella Marcella, celebrated for her vibrant risograph prints, has crafted bold and distinctive visuals for this edition, ensuring that each bottle is not only a fine whisky but also a collector’s statement piece.

Presented in natural colour and bottled without chill filtration, the whiskies embody The Dalmore’s dedication to authenticity while standing out as striking works of art designed for the global traveller and whisky enthusiast.

Maturation and Bottlings – A trilogy of wine cask influence

Each expression in the 2025 Portfolio Series has been matured in red wine casks, resulting in rich, layered character:

The Dalmore Portfolio Series 2025 No. 1 – Matured in Bordeaux wine casks, bottled at 46.8% ABV. Limited to 3,595 bottles.
The Dalmore Portfolio Series 2025 No. 2 – Finished in Châteauneuf-du-Pape casks, bottled at 46% ABV. Limited to 1,596 bottles.
The Dalmore Portfolio Series 2025 No. 3 – Matured in Bordeaux Cabernet Sauvignon casks, bottled at 49.7% ABV. Limited to 1,014 bottles.
