Yeats The Lake Isle Of Innisfree marks the inaugural release from Yeats Irish Whiskey, a brand inspired by the literary legacy of W.B. Yeats and his ties to County Sligo. Moving away from plans to establish a distillery, Brand Bridge Liquids chose to honour the poet by naming each release after one of his poems, beginning with this limited edition bottling.

Maturation & Flavor Profile

This release is a blend of three distinct whiskey components, matured separately for five to seven years before marriage. It contains 90% Irish grain whiskey aged in first-fill ex-bourbon American oak casks, 9% triple-distilled Irish malt whiskey finished in Ruby Port casks, and 1% peated malt. Bottled at 43% ABV, it offers a complex profile with aromas of vanilla, honey, toasted oak, and red berries. The palate reveals dark fruits, subtle wine sweetness, and gentle spices.

Patrick Ward, founder of Yeats Irish Whiskey, describes the expression as “the result of time, resilience, and respect for craft, for tradition, and for storytelling. Like a true Irish whiskey, this is our third distillation of the idea and the one that mattered.”
