Tormore Returns with Fresh Single Malt Portfolio

The Tormore Distillery, under Elixir Distillers' ownership since 2022, reintroduces its single malt range starting with Tormore Elixir Distillers , known as Tormore Timeless. This initial release launches alongside Tormore 12 Year Old and Tormore 16 Year Old Sherry Cask, with older expressions set to arrive in early 2027. These releases mark Tormore's return to the market with clear expressions of their whisky craftsmanship.

Maturation & Flavor Profile

Tormore Timeless matures predominantly in bourbon casks and is bottled at a moderate 43% ABV without added colorants, emphasizing natural character. The 12 Year Old combines bourbon barrels, toasted American oak, and specially tailored cream sherry casks, while the 16 Year Old Sherry Cask benefits from finishing in American and European oak sherry casks, all released uncolored and unchill-filtered to preserve authenticity.
