Following the first THY Festival release, Thy Barley, Oat & Rye presents a unique Single Estate Grain Blend distilled from barley, oat, and rye at a precise 48.5% ABV. This second festival bottling stands out for its innovative use of four distinct malt types—40% Vienna Malt, 30% Pale Malt, 20% unmalted oats, and 10% rye—creating a multifaceted grain whisky experience.

Maturation & Flavor Profile

The whisky matured in a combination of two bourbon casks and a single apple ice wine cask sourced from the Cold Hand Winery. This unusual finish introduces layers of complexity, offering a flavour profile rich with vanilla, nougat, milk chocolate, pepper, fruit, and oak spice.

A carefully crafted blend marrying tradition with a modern twist on maturation.
