Design & Presentation

For this release, The Macallan pairs its whisky story with a strong visual narrative. To mark the launch, the brand created an animated film and a series of illustrations in collaboration with Spanish painter and artist Javi Aznarez. The presentation begins at TimeSpirit Restaurant at The Macallan Estate and travels back to the era of Roderick Kemp, whose prized sherry seasoned oak casks were once marked in red chalk.
