This 100% unpeated single malt highlights Hornöberget, the region’s lowest yet most accessible mountain, embodying the purest expression of the High Coast’s character. As the series finale, it captures the essence of the landscape and craftsmanship with a bold presence and clarity.

Maturation & Flavor Profile

This whisky matured for over 11 years entirely in first-fill Oloroso sherry casks made from American oak. The casks, partly combined with European oak bindings, contribute a multi-layered and intense aroma profile with depth and structure. The distillery uses pristine water from Bålsjön, filtered through sand and carbon, alongside cooling water from the Ångermanälven river. An 80-hour average fermentation using Fermentis Safwhisky M-1 yeast ensures a balanced and complex distillate, bottled at a robust 50.3% ABV.

This limited edition release comprises only 120 bottles available in Germany.
