Maturation & Flavor Profile

Distilled from a 50/50 mix of malted and unmalted barley and triple distilled in Dublin, this expression sees maturation solely in virgin Carpathian oak barrels. Known for their dense grain and high tannin content, these barrels impart pronounced spice, sandalwood-like depth, and layers of fruit to the whiskey’s profile.
