Maturation & Flavor Profile

Sullivans Cove 16 Years Old Navigator matures in a combination of American Oak refill hogsheads and first-fill ex-Bourbon casks. This dual-cask regimen delivers a layered profile characterized by citrus brightness and rich buttery undertones, ideal for pairing with food.

Tasting Notes

• Nose: Lemon cream biscuits, waxy florals, dried apricot open up, layered with orange, vanilla sponge, nougat, and almond. Subtle spices like Kampot pepper, nutmeg, toasted coconut, and banana in brown butter add depth.
