This release adds complexity and depth to a malt already matured in ex-Amontillado sherry casks, appealing to enthusiasts of bold, coastal-influenced whiskies.

Maturation & Flavor Profile

Initially aged for 14 years in ex-Amontillado casks, this Secret Orkney whisky was then finished for eight months in an ex-Islay cask. The triple cask treatment contributes gentle smoky coastal aromas combined with salty caramel notes. The influence of Islay peat, sherry sweetness, and Orkney minerality converge for a rich and layered experience.
