Maturation & Flavor Profile

The Stonewood Drà PX One Limited Edition was initially matured for five years in American white oak barrels, developing a solid foundation of depth and wood influence. It then spent an additional two years finishing in Pedro Ximénez sherry casks, imparting rich fruit notes, fine sweetness, and harmonized wood spice. This two-stage aging process creates a profile notable for its complexity and balance, combining intensity with subtlety.
