In celebration of the tenth anniversary of whisky production at St. Kilian Distillers in Rüdenau, the distillery presents a special release timed for St. Patrick’s Day 2026. The St. Kilian 7 Years Old St. Patrick’s Day Edition 2026 50 cl Cask Nr.3261 is a single cask Irish Style Single Malt crafted from 100% Pilsner malt. Bottled at 46% ABV, this limited edition honors both the patron saint of Ireland and the distillery’s milestone.

Maturation & Flavor Profile

This whisky matured for seven years in a previously unused 190-litre American white oak barrel (#3261). Distilled using traditional copper pot stills fitted with a full reflux condenser, it captures the finest and most volatile aromas of the new make spirit. The maturation has produced a harmonious balance showcasing rich fruit, creamy vanilla, fine butterscotch, and notable oak character.

• Nose: Ripe pears, juicy apricots, peaches, intense vanilla, toffee, butterscotch, with roasted brittle and oak in the background
• Palate: Yellow fruits including apricots, pears, peaches, vanilla cream, delicate butterscotch, blossom honey, supported by warming oak and roasted brittle
• Finish: Lingering creamy fruit notes, fine vanilla, butterscotch, dark caramel, warmed by wood spice and subtle dry oak hints
