Located at Plinganserstrasse 6 in the Stemmerhof, an ensemble of protected historic barns in Munich’s Sendling district, the shop brings over 100 carefully curated bottles to a space you can walk into and explore. A Gallery in a Protected Historic Barn

Built inside a listed barn, the Spiritory shop is designed more like a gallery than a typical bottle shop. Classical furniture sits alongside floating shelves and a neon sign. Every bottle gets its place and its context, rather than disappearing onto a shelf. The concept brings together different generations of spirits lovers, whether they have been collecting for decades or are just discovering where to begin.

Over 100 Bottles at Opening

The opening selection spans over 100 bottles, including rare single malts, limited editions, and premium spirits from distilleries in Scotland, Ireland, Germany, Japan, and the Americas. Personal consultation from the Spiritory team is part of the concept from day one.

“Our wish is to offer everyone who walks through the door a special experience, whether you are just starting out with whisky and spirits or are an experienced connoisseur. We have something for everyone,” says Janis Wilczura, CEO of Spiritory. “In the shop, old meets new: a monastery table meets an asymmetric shelf, exposed brick wall meets a neon sign. We see our concept as a bridge between generations.”

Grand Opening: 24 July at 17:00

The store opens on Friday, 24 July 2026 at 17:00 at Plinganserstrasse 6, Stemmerhof, Munich. Regular opening hours are Tuesday to Saturday from 11:00 to 19:00.
