The Spirit of Yorkshire Distillery, founded in 2016, celebrates its tenth anniversary with the release of the Filey Bay 10 Years Old 2016 10th Anniversary Cask Nr.001 . This commemorative Single Malt whisky showcases a decade of craftsmanship, drawing from the distillery’s early vintages and including whisky from its very first filled cask, Cask 001, dated June 14, 2016.

Maturation & Flavor Profile

The whisky is a blend matured in ex-bourbon and ex-Madeira casks, resulting in a rich and complex profile. This combination offers a balance of fruity sweetness and warming spice that reflects both the heritage of the distillery and the influence of varied cask types.
