Five Milestones, Five Whiskies
Gordon & MacPhail has released the Sir Kenny Dalglish Vintage Moments Collection, a strictly limited set of five ultra rare single malts. Dalglish, one of post war Britain's greatest strikers, worked with the Elgin based independent bottler to choose the years of his playing and managerial career.
Only 15 numbered box sets are available. Each box holds five 70 cl bottles, and each bottling is unique.
The Moments Behind the Bottles
1951 is Dalglish's birth year, and the Glen Grant bottling marks the start of his story. 1967 is the year he signed professionally for Celtic, after watching the club win the European Cup, and the Longmorn bottling is linked to that moment. 1974 is the year he married Marina, and the Strathisla bottling reflects it.
The remaining bottlings follow the same approach, pairing a distillery and a vintage with a moment in his career.
Price and Availability
Each box is priced at £100,000. The collection went on sale on 6 October 2026, from Gordon & MacPhail and through Spiritory.
