Maturation & Flavor Profile

The 14-year-old Secret Highlands matured in a Sauternes wine cask at 51.9% ABV delivers a lighter, creamier profile featuring golden fruit notes. In contrast, the 13-year-old counterpart aged in a Zinfandel wine cask at 53.8% ABV offers a more pronounced red fruit character with spice and tannic structure. Both are non-chill filtered and free from added coloring, preserving purity and natural complexity.

Secret Highlands 14 Years Sauternes Wine Cask matured:
• Nose: Ripe peach, apricot jam, yellow plum, pineapple juice, honey, vanilla cream, light malt biscuit, candied orange peel, floral sweetness
