Schwarzbach Spirits steps into the realm of proprietary Scotch whisky with the debut of the Aultmore 15 Years Old 2011 Limited Release Stewart & Macgregor . This 15-year-old Aultmore bottling is the inaugural release under their newly established Stewart & MacGregor brand, representing a long-cherished goal realized after extensive collaboration and maturation projects in Scotland.

Maturation & Flavor Profile

Distilled on March 25, 2011, at Aultmore Distillery in Speyside, this single malt matured for 15 years exclusively in a bourbon barrel. Bottled at cask strength on April 16, 2026, at 56% ABV, it carries the hallmarks of Speyside elegance with a natural color and is bottled without chill filtration. The bourbon cask maturation imparts a balance of fruity freshness and subtle sweetness, delivering depth and expression characteristic of single cask releases.
