Maturation & Flavor Profile

The PX Raven spent over five years aging in original Pedro Ximénez casks, imparting an intense natural sweetness and complex aromatic profile shaped by the hot Spanish sun. This maturation bestows the whisky with a deep purple hue and reddish-golden reflections, signaling the influence of sherry maturation on its character.
