Maturation & Flavor Profile

Each whisky offers a distinct maturation story reflecting expert cask choices. The Secret Orkney 25 Years Old was distilled in 2000 and matured in a deep cream sherry butt until 2026, yielding a rich, powerful expression at 52.6% ABV with dark fruits and maritime herbal notes. The Strathmill 37 Years Old, a Speyside classic distilled in 1988 and matured in a hogshead until 2025, delivers a fresh, golden-hued whisky with citrus and light berries balanced by perfectly integrated oak at 45.3% ABV. The Ben Nevis 30 Years Old, aged 30 years in hogshead casks, features tropical and pip fruit flavors, jelly candy, and spicy depth at 45.1% ABV. Finally, the Isle of Jura 17 Years Old stands out as the darkest, matured in tawny port barrique casks and bottled at a robust 51.8% ABV, featuring clear berry fruits, herbs, and a long dry finish with port wine influence.
