Rabbit Hole 6 Years Old Raceking 75 cl is a new limited-edition Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey from Rabbit Hole Distillery in Louisville, Kentucky. Building on the original Raceking launched in 2020, this six-year-old version enhances depth, balance, and complexity while celebrating Kentucky’s legendary horse racing heritage. Crafted with a distinctive five-grain mash bill, this bourbon stands out for innovation and thoughtful craftsmanship.

Maturation & Flavor Profile

Raceking is bottled at 47.5% ABV (95 proof) and matured for six years in handmade toasted and charred American oak casks sourced from Kelvin Cooperage. The mash bill includes chocolate-malted wheat and chocolate-malted barley among five grains, creating a unique “chocolaty” profile. The maturation in specially prepared barrels contributes layers of rich and bold flavors.

Tasting Notes

• Nose: Toffee, toasted almonds, subtle brown sugar
• Palate: Roasted espresso beans, cocoa, caramel, with hints of clove and cardamom
• Finish: Long and complex, featuring tobacco, leather, and lingering dark chocolate
