Pilz Banyuls Cask 50 cl introduces a remarkable German single malt finished for 10 months in a rare Banyuls cask from southern France, following an initial four-year maturation in American white oak. This limited edition cask-strength whisky exemplifies the fusion of northern German distilling craftsmanship with the sun-kissed charm of the Mediterranean.

Maturation & Flavor Profile

The whisky spent four years maturing in American white oak before resting for an additional ten months in a Banyuls cask. This maturation imparts a distinct depth and elegant sweetness, enriched by fruit and wine aromas along with subtle oxidative nuances. The single malt is bottled straight from the cask at 57.4% ABV, unfiltered and without added coloring.
