Maturation & Flavor Profile

This limited edition was matured for four years in a newly crafted German oak cask before receiving an intense eight-month finish in a 60-liter first-fill Pedro Ximénez cask sourced from Andalusia. The relatively small cask size contributes to a powerful aroma profile, with complex notes of exotic fruit, raisins, and hints of cherry and plum, balanced by a pronounced nutty character typical of high-quality PX casks. The new German oak adds spiciness and structure, resulting in a whisky that is both deep and remarkably smooth.
