Maturation & Flavor Profile

The whisky was matured entirely in a 1st Fill Bourbon cask over 12 years, drawn from 100% Scottish Concerto barley and non-chill-filtered with no added coloring. Such maturation imparts influences from American oak, complementing the powerful peat smoke with underlying vanilla and oak nuances, making this a distinctive addition to any collection.
