Maturation & Flavor Profile

The 15 Years Old Irish Single Grain matured for over a decade in bourbon casks before receiving a four-year finish in a refill Oloroso butt. This single cask bottling is presented at cask strength with a powerful 62.5% ABV, capturing intense and concentrated flavors. Meanwhile, the PX Series Batch #1 is a double-distilled Single Malt from the Great Northern Distillery, aged exclusively in Pedro Ximénez casks from Bodegas Fernando Castilla. Bottled at 50% ABV, this limited edition showcases the nuanced influence of sherry with notes of dried fruit and warm spices.
