Maturation & Flavor Profile

Master of Maturation Andrea Wilson highlights the importance of cooperage and aging in defining the quality of Michter’s 10 Year Rye. Aged over a decade, the barrels are carefully selected to bring out the elegant characteristics typical of a Kentucky-style rye.
