Lady of Arms Archery Edition represents the latest expression from http://Irish-whiskeys.de|Irish-whiskeys.de’s Lady of Arms series, curated by Mareike Spitzer. Released just before Easter, this cask-strength Irish whiskey stands out by blending 80 percent Single Pot Still with 20 percent Peated Single Malt—a rare combination that introduces a distinctive smoky element to the classic Irish style.

The Lady of Arms Archery Edition 2.0 matured for four and a half years in ex-Bourbon casks before finishing in a NEOC single cask. This complex maturation imparts traditional Pot Still aromas balanced with intriguing smokiness. The 57.8% ABV bottling is limited to just 310 bottles, making it a coveted choice for collectors and enthusiasts alike.

Tasting Notes

• Nose: Light smoky notes, pipe tobacco, baked apple, cinnamon, cloves

Master Blender's Statement

Mareike Spitzer reflects on the series’ progress: “Lady of Arms Archery Edition 2.0 is already our fourth whiskey in the series. When we started the series in autumn 2023, I was uncertain how it would be received. But the feedback has been consistently positive.” She adds, “We aim to give Irish Pot Still Whiskey a stage and showcase its diversity with Lady of Arms and its editions.”
