Kiyokawa 11th Anniversary Collector’s Edition Dekantā Cask Nr.11 marks a milestone collaboration between Kiyokawa Distillery and dekantā, commemorating dekantā’s 11th anniversary. This limited release is only the second official bottling from Kiyokawa, Japan’s pioneering farm-to-bottle whisky producer, offering enthusiasts a rare glimpse into the earliest maturing casks from the distillery.

Maturation & Flavor Profile

This single malt matured in a first-fill ex-Marsala cask sourced directly from Sicily, where it spent six to eight years maturing wine within the traditional In Perpetuum system. Once filled with whisky, the cask imparts complex layers of dried fruit, walnut, citrus peel, spice, and caramelized sweetness, while maintaining Kiyokawa's distinct farm-driven character. Bottled at 54% ABV without chill filtration or added color, the whisky reflects the distillery’s Italian-influenced production, including extended fermentation in Garbellotto wooden fermenters and distillation in Frilli stills, unique in the Japanese whisky scene.
