Maturation & Flavor Profile

Each whisky in HIP’s debut release is casked with care and presented at 46% ABV. The Tomintoul 12 Years Old Hip 20 cl spent 12 years in a refill sherry butt, enriching it with complex, sherried notes. The Bowmore 13 Years Old Hip 20 cl matured for 13 years in a refill bourbon barrel, capturing Bowmore’s coastal character in a refined expression. The impressive Invergordon 28 Years Old Hip 20 cl single grain aged 28 years in a first-fill bourbon barrel, revealing the nuanced elegance developed through extended maturation.
