Highland Park introduces Highland Park 11 Years Old Light Of Orkney Travel Exclusive , a new 11-year-old single malt whisky and the youngest in the distillery’s range from the Orkney Islands. Crafted to appeal to travel retail consumers, this release offers an accessible entry point into Highland Park’s renowned flavour profile.

Maturation & Flavor Profile

This expression matures for 11 years in a combination of sherry-seasoned American and European oak casks, bourbon casks, and selected refill casks. The result is a balanced whisky showcasing caramelized sweetness and fresh citrus, complemented by delicate floral smoke derived from Orkney’s heather-rich peat. Notable flavor nuances include Scottish tablet, ginger, cinnamon, raspberry, and subtle peat smoke.
