Maturation & Flavor Profile

The single malt spent its full maturation in a 1st fill Amarone cask, sourced from the Veneto region. This rare approach drives a deep interplay between dark wine fruits and Highland Park’s signature heather peat influence. The whisky reveals a rich copper-gold hue, achieved naturally without coloring. Bottled at cask strength of 55.3% ABV, it offers an intense experience with no chill-filtration.

• Nose: Cherries, plums, dark berries, toasted honeyed caramel, cinnamon, floral hints, licorice, and delicate heather
