Crafted by Master Blender Rachel Barrie, these single malts pay tribute to Seville, Venice, and Paris respectively, each distinguished by the use of unique, regionally relevant casks alongside Glendronach’s classic PX and Oloroso sherry maturations. This release is part of the distillery’s 200th anniversary celebrations, marking a significant addition to its portfolio.

Maturation & Flavor Profile

Each House Edition showcases a sophisticated maturation strategy blending multiple sherry cask types with notable country-specific barrels. The Sevillian Room combines Oloroso, Pedro Ximénez, and Palo Cortado sherry casks reflecting Spain’s rich heritage. The Venetian Room is finished in a mix of Pedro Ximénez, Oloroso, and Italian Amarone red wine casks to capture Venice’s romantic essence. The Parisian Room pairs Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry casks with French Cognac wood, echoing the elegance of Paris. The resulting character profiles underscore Glendronach’s expertise in sherry-matured whisky.
