Glenallachie 19 Years Old Masters Of Wood represents the latest chapter in Glenallachie's esteemed Masters of Wood series. This 19-year-old single malt Scotch whisky, crafted by Billy Walker, showcases the distillery’s meticulous approach to maturation using exceptionally rare ex-solera sherry casks that previously held sherry for 55 years.

Maturation & Flavor Profile

The whisky matures exclusively in small Pedro Ximénez (PX) and Oloroso casks sourced from a long-established solera system. This extended sherry seasoning imparts a rich aromatic profile with notes of brandied plums, mocha, cinnamon, and dark cherries. Bottled at 50% ABV in a 700ml bottle, it reflects Glenallachie’s dedication to deep complexity through cask influence.
