This Islay single malt blends maritime smoke with notes of dark fruit and spice without coloring or chill filtration. The Signatory Vintage 14 Years Old 2011 100 Proof Edition Orkney 2011/2026 impresses with 14 years matured mainly in first fill Oloroso sherry butts, presenting honey-malt character and heather smoke at the same ABV.
