This 21-year-old expression sets a new benchmark for the distillery by capturing over two decades of maturation, crafted for discerning collectors and enthusiasts alike. Launched on July 10, it celebrates the brand’s 138-year heritage and the story behind its iconic name.

Maturation & Flavor Profile

Meticulously matured for 21 years, this bourbon uses the OBSF recipe, noted for its delicate herbal and rich fruit characteristics. The liquid was aged under careful supervision to develop a layered and elegant profile, bottled at a powerful 62.45% ABV (124.9 proof). It reflects an intricate balance of deep apricot, vanilla, and spiced mint on the nose, with a palate showcasing creamy oak, ripe cherry, cacao, and rich honey. The finish brings antique oak and lingering fruit to a satisfying close.
