Flying Tumbler Irish Whiskey Expands with New Location and Releases

Flying Tumbler Irish Whiskey, crafted by brothers Thomas and Patrick Walsh, is progressing its maturation operations at the family farm in Larch Grove, Ballytarsna, Carlow, Ireland. Supported by the EU co-financed LEADER program, several outbuildings on the farm are being transformed into bonded and blending warehouses, with the project set to finish by September 2026. This development is expected to create 15 new jobs, underscoring Flying Tumbler’s growing regional impact.

The brand continues to evolve its core range with two upcoming releases: Flying Tumbler The Roller , a non-age statement Single Grain whiskey, and Flying Tumbler The Tippler , a blend of Single Pot Still and Single Grain. Joining these is Flying Tumbler The Bird , a triple-distilled blend of Single Malt and Single Grain already available. Each is bottled at 700 ml, offering diverse expressions that reflect Flying Tumbler’s innovative approach to Irish whiskey crafting.
