Maturation & Flavor Profile

Barrel #5753 was matured for 12 years in Warehouse G, Floor 4, an area renowned for its high temperatures and seasonal swings that accelerate maturation and concentrate flavor. The bourbon aged in new American oak and retained an unusually robust character after losing 64% to the Angel’s Share. Bottled at cask strength of 65.1% ABV (130.2 Proof), this single barrel was neither colored nor chill filtered, preserving its natural integrity.
