This limited edition matured exclusively in a first-fill sherry cask for eight years, highlighting rich, complex fruit notes and an elegant natural color. Crafted from locally sourced barley malt and spring water, the whisky reflects the mill’s traditional production methods, including stone grinding on a historic 1870 gristmill. Bottled at a robust 46.3% ABV and limited to just 630 bottles, it connects centuries of miller expertise with modern whisky artistry.
