The independent bottler Douglas Laing & Co. introduces Douglas Laing 18 Years Old , an 18-year-old Blended Speyside Malt distinguished by its Pedro Ximénez sherry cask finish. This release represents the oldest expression in the Scallywag range to date, with only 2,610 bottles available worldwide. Bottled at 46% ABV, it offers whisky enthusiasts and collectors a refined, matured version of the popular Speyside blend.

Maturation & Flavor Profile

This limited edition matured for 18 years before receiving a final finish in carefully selected Pedro Ximénez sherry casks from Jerez, Spain. These casks add intense sweetness and depth, complementing Scallywag's signature sherry-influenced style with elegance and complexity.

The Pedro Ximénez finish enriches the malt’s character with luxurious layers of dark fruit and spice.
