Batch 03 is the latest Small Batch expression from one of Scotland's smallest traditional distilleries, now under Douglas Laing & Co.’s ownership since 2019. This Highland single malt continues the series’ focus on a classic cask combination that defines its character.

Maturation & Flavor Profile

Batch 03 deepens its sherry cask influence, revisiting and expanding on the balance of ex-Bourbon, Virgin Oak, and ex-Sherry casks that has shaped earlier editions. The spirit is a marriage of 31 carefully selected casks, some from new production under Douglas Laing and others acquired stocks, ensuring a complex and rich maturation profile.

Batch 03 is bottled at a robust 50% ABV, without coloring or chill-filtration, preserving purity and authenticity.
