The independent German bottler whic extends its Túatha Dé Danann Irish Whiskey series with whic 11 Years Old Túatha Dé Danann Dian Cecht , an 11-year-old single malt matured in a Bourbon Barrel. This limited edition release channels the spirit of Dian Cecht, the mythological Irish god of healing, offering whisky enthusiasts a cask strength expression bottled at 55.7% ABV. Only 252 bottles of this vibrant, full-flavored whisky have been produced.

Maturation & Flavor Profile

The whisky matures solely in a single Bourbon Barrel, yielding a bourbon-influenced character that brightens the profile with ripe fruit and creamy sweetness. Bottled without coloring or chill filtration, it showcases natural intensity and summery freshness with a solid backbone of vanilla and spice.

Tasting Notes

• Nose: Ripe apples, pears, juicy apricots, sweet vanilla, creamy chocolate, quince, citrus, and banana
• Palate: Smooth caramel and vanilla cream complemented by nectarine, mango, ground pepper, nutmeg, and a hint of ginger
