Distilled on the exact day THE CASKHOUND was founded, this release embodies a youthful, fruity, and gently peated profile—an ideal tribute to the independent bottler’s journey so far.

Maturation & Flavor Profile

This Bowmore expression reflects the elegance typical of the distillery’s style, showcasing medium peat, sweet spice, and fine salinity. The maturation in a first-fill bourbon cask intensifies vanilla and spicy notes, resulting in a whisky that balances power and charm. Bottled at 66.66% ABV, it offers the intensity of cask strength alongside a fresh and approachable fruitiness, making it suitable for relaxed evenings reminiscent of an Islay sundown.
