This limited edition whisky honors James Hutton, the 18th-century Scottish geologist and farmer renowned as the father of modern geology, commemorating his 300th birthday. The tribute reflects the distillery’s dedication to connecting whisky innovation with Scotland’s rich natural history.

Maturation & Flavor Profile

Deep Time is crafted entirely in the Scottish Borders, using the same batch of distillate from the original 2019 Workshop Series debut. This approach allows the whisky to showcase how extended maturation deepens complexity and character. Bottled at 40% ABV, this expression brings a mature refinement to the blended Scotch, embodying the passage of time it so thoughtfully celebrates.
