Maturation & Flavor Profile

These single malts are matured exclusively in first fill Oloroso sherry casks, bottled at natural cask strength without chill filtration or added colorants. The Linkwood 10 Years Old 2015 Black Corbie spent 10 years maturing, merging Linkwood’s typically light, floral and fruity profile with the deep, spicy notes of Oloroso sherry. Meanwhile, the Dailuaine 12 Years Old 2014 Black Corbie offers a longer, 12-year maturation, combining Dailuaine’s robust, heavy distillery character with concentrated aromas of dried fruit, oak spice, and nutty complexity.
