Maturation & Flavor Profile

Distilled in spring 2018 at the Tennessee Distilling Group in Columbia, Tennessee, this bourbon matures exclusively in new American oak casks. It undergoes the signature Lincoln County Process of charcoal mellowing typical of Tennessee whiskey and is bottled at a robust 100 proof (50% ABV) with minimal non-chill filtration. The high rye mash bill points to a spicier flavor profile characteristic of Tennessee high-rye bourbons, crafted to deliver complexity and depth.
