The Octomore Single Monbazillac Cask challenges whisky conventions with its unique maturation and bold character. Aged for 11 years in a Second-Fill Monbazillac white wine cask, this limited edition whisky is bottled at a formidable 156 PPM and 60.4% ABV, with only 294 bottles available.

Maturation and Flavor Complexity

Distilled in 2012, this single malt spent over a decade in a Monbazillac wine cask—a rare choice that significantly impacts its flavor profile.
