The nose offers sweet raisins, soft vanilla, and finely spiced almonds; the palate brings ripe figs, creamy caramel, and oak structure; the finish lingers with roasted hazelnut notes and a dry wood character. Triple distilled in the traditional Irish style and presented in a deep blue and copper label that reflects its maritime origin, this is a copper toned, sherry driven, dry fingered dram.
