On the nose, pineapple, mango, honey, and vanilla lead into a palate of silky honey, soft caramel, berries, and tropical fruit, with pronounced oak and a balancing finish of subtle sweetness, dry oak, and fine wood notes. The distillery uses triple distillation on malted barley, and the round clear glass bottle, free of added color, suits neat enjoyment at room temperature. This is a coastal Irish single malt shaped by distant Caribbean influence.
