The Macallan Distil Your World Paris is the fifth release in the acclaimed series created in collaboration with the Roca brothers of the three-Michelin-starred El Celler de Can Roca, under the guidance of Master Whisky Maker Kirsteen Campbell. This exceptional single malt captures the elegance, gastronomy and artistic spirit of Paris in liquid form. For the first time, The Macallan combines sherry seasoned casks, bourbon casks and cognac oak casks – a notable innovation for the Speyside distillery. Bottled at 47.2% ABV, the nose reveals freshly baked almond croissants, perfumed rose petals and sweet nectarines in syrup, layered with sandalwood and vanilla pods. The palate unfolds with rich buttered pastry, brioche and sugared almonds, followed by peach melba, creamy mille-feuille and soft toasted oak. The finish is long and sophisticated, building with gentle spices and warm oak. A refined collector’s whisky that embodies Parisian luxury, culinary artistry and The Macallan’s craftsmanship.
